Most people love how a lit house looks in December and dread what it takes to get there. Professional holiday lighting takes the planning, the ladder, the takedown, and the bins of lights off your list.
Rainfall plans a display around the lines of your property, installs it, and keeps it working while it is up. After the holidays we remove every piece, and storage is available so the lights are not taking up room at your place until next season. We do this for homeowners, commercial property owners, property managers, and condominium associations, including storefronts and association entrances that need to look right for customers and residents.
Holiday lighting is one of our outdoor lighting services, alongside permanent fixtures such as outdoor security lighting, which stays up and on every night of the year. The holiday display is the seasonal piece: up for the holidays, then gone.

What shapes the cost of holiday lighting
There is no single price for a holiday display because no two properties are the same. A single-story ranch with a simple roofline and one front tree is a very different job from a two-story home with steep gables, a row of mature trees, and a long front walk. The estimate follows the amount of lighting and the work it takes to install it safely.
Holiday lights go up and come down in cold months, which is why we use commercial-grade LED lights built to hold up through winter instead of light-duty strands.
