What Rainfall Irrigation does all day

Rainfall designs, installs, repairs, and maintains outdoor systems for residential and commercial properties. The customers are homeowners, property managers, condominium associations, commercial property owners, builders, and developers. Rainfall has been in business for 31 years, and you can read more about the company on our About page.

Irrigation work covers system design and installation, sprinkler repairs, spring start-ups, mid-season inspections, winterization, and seasonal maintenance plans that keep a working system on a regular schedule of care. Smart controllers, drip irrigation, and rain sensors are part of that work.

Lighting, pest control, and audio make up the rest of the service list. The team handles landscape lighting design and installation, outdoor lighting for security and commercial properties, and holiday lighting. Rainfall also installs MistAway mosquito and tick control systems and outdoor audio, as a certified installer of AmbiSonic and TruAudio luxury outdoor audio systems.

Company leadership was formally trained through the UMass Stockbridge School of Agriculture.

The services Rainfall does through the year

Several of Rainfall's services follow the seasons, from turning irrigation systems back on to putting up holiday lighting.

Spring

Systems that sat idle over the winter get turned back on. A spring sprinkler start-up means running each zone and checking heads, coverage, and the controller.

Growing season

Mid-season inspections look at a system while it is running, when coverage problems and broken heads are easy to spot.

Fall

Before freezing weather, irrigation lines need the water cleared out of them. Sprinkler winterization is how a system avoids freeze damage.

Holiday season

Rainfall's holiday lighting service covers design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage with commercial-grade LED lights.

The people you would work alongside

Projects are managed by Matthew Donovan, Rainfall's Project Manager. A team of irrigation technicians does the work on customer properties, and Rainfall's technicians are licensed.

Reviews mention a team that is prompt and respectful, answers every question, and takes pride in its work. A new person on the team would be working to that standard.

Rainfall was the best choice based on price, products, and prompt communication. Matt and his team went beyond expectations and were truly committed to completing the installation to our complete satisfaction. You can tell they take great pride in their work.
